Hi

I have just been given a small Map Oscar, can anyone tell me if they are as aggressive as say a Red Oscar?

Thanks

Tony

Oscars behavior is generally not tied to their color morphs. All tend to be mildly aggressive in the proper environment when kept with other mid-large cichlids.

Map Oscar??? That's a new one on me. How about of picture of said fish? To echo the previous response though, no one flavor of Oscar is known to be more or less aggressive than the other. Wild caught yes, but not anything to do with coloring.
