My Oscar has finally decided he like Hikari Cichlid gold the best but the pellets I have are medium and too large for him and I hate crushing them up. What size should I get, baby or mini? He is currently 3” long

Baby sized will be fine....just don't buy too much of that size as he'll "outgrow" the baby size quickly.

Ok, thanks! I wasn’t sure, he had been eating the new life spectrum tiny pellets but now turns his nose up to them and just watches them sink to the bottom. Now he only wants floating. He sure does change his mind a lot, haha!

My youngest Oscars were eating 6mm pellets by age 7-8 months, no waste. You may want to go with a minimal amount of baby pellets. as beretta stated, Oscar will outgrow them real quickly.
1600gals of South and Central American cichlids. Some with just a "wee" bit of attitude!

New life spectrum does create floating pellets, easily available at your local Petco
