How long does it take for an Oscar to grow full size?

how long does it take for an oscar to grow from 3inches to full size? :?:

It's entire life. Oscars are what is known as "indescriminate growers"...meaning they grow their entire lives. From birth to about 8 to 10 months, Oscars grow fast...on average 1 inch per month. After that, their growth rate slows down to maybe an inch every year or two.

oscars tend to slow down once they hit the 9to10in mark.

They will be between 8-12 inches on their first birthday (depending on how much you feed them). After that, their growth slows down substancially.

You can make a rough estimate Based on size. Up to around 10" anyway, after that, unless you've been its only pet human, there's no real way to tell.

so obio my oscar is 10yrs ok 15" long is my 'O' done growing ?
125g R/R tank with 1'O a gold,severum /blood parrot a convict DIY 20G sump and Rio.hf.32 pump doing 1500gph@.4ft also
