I agree with everything that has been said so far. 150 gallons is good for 2 Oscars only. That's if they get along which can take up to two years to know if they will tolerate each other or not.

I would at this point decide on what you want to keep and rehome everyone else.

The Red terror is sometimes better off as an only species tank. I would really give it some thought if you really want to keep him or not.
